Weight Loss – General Script.

 

FAT FOODS / THIN FOODS.

 

 

(clients name)..... you are here today because you have decided once and for all........ enough is enough............ you are now taking control of your weight............this is the first day of your new life.

From this moment forth you will listen to your appetite............ and as soon as your appetite gives you the signal that it is full........... you will stop eating immediately..................... you will push your plate away............... you will be filled with an enormous feeling of satisfaction and of being in full control................. no more hunger pangs................. listen to your appetite.................. your appetite is now one of your best friends.................... trust your appetite.

 

From now on you will only eat when physically necessary................ smaller amounts of food will easily satisfy you............... you will eat more slowly........... enjoying every mouthful............. the taste............. the texture............... chewing slowly............ appreciating your food as never before............ you will thoroughly enjoy this fat destroying programme................. looking forward to a healthier.............. fitter............. thinner............ more attractive you. ABSOLUTELY NO SNACKING INBETWEEN MEALS AT ALL. Never again and from this moment onwards, it IS a thing of your past. It will NEVER happen again

 

Now.......(clients name)........ I want you to imagine that.............that standing in front of you is an image of yourself........... not as you are now.......... but as you are when you have achieved your goal weight............. notice how good you look............ notice what you are wearing...............notice how healthy you look.......... how you feel............. how confident you are............ how sexy........... this is you...........take a good look............ get that picture clear in your mind............ get that weight clear in your mind................ take a good....... long..........lasting look............. remember that picture.........remember how much you weigh.............. get that weight clear in your mind............. this is YOU............ this is you because you have listened to your appetite......... and your subconscious mind.

We all have certain foods which we find hard to resist............ crisps, biscuits.......... nuts in particular. But you KNOW what is bad for you. You have always known what is bad for you………..

 

 ....... these foods are called FAT FOODS

 

 From this moment on ........ (clients name)............... these FAT foods will have no attraction to you whatsoever............ from now on you will only want to eat THIN FOODS........... you.... (clients name)....are an intelligent person and are so focussed........ you already know the difference between THIN FOODS AND FAT FOODS........... and every time you choose something to eat.......... you will ask yourself.............. is this a THIN food or a FAT food................ you will NOT eat the FAT food.

 

FAT food is your enemy................... FAT foods MAKES you FAT, no IF’S or BUT’S, FAT foods WILL ………make you fat, have no doubt about that whatsover............

 

THIN food is your friend................ THIN food helps you to be THIN...........

FAT food makes you very unhappy......... FAT food spoils your life and your health.........

 

It is now you notice that something has ‘clicked’ in your mind......... you now know the difference........... you now know the real reason that you have gained so much weight........... you know it is because of the FAT foods............ and now that you know............. it will be easy to change.

 

Now that you know the difference between FAT foods and THIN foods ........ you can easily resist the FAT foods................. as.................. from this moment on......... you only feel attracted to the thin foods in life.............. FAT foods will repulse you and make you feel sick.

 

 THIN foods are going to change your life........ they will change the way you look.............. the way you feel................ they will change the way that other people see you............ you will be able to wear nice clothes again........... you will admire yourself in the mirror.......... you will like yourself again. Your body will like what you have done, your hips will appreciate what you are going to do to your body with losing weight.

 

From now on....... you no longer eat from boredom........... no longer eat for just something to do............. no longer eat because you are nervous, tense or frustrated......... no longer eat when you watch television........... that is all part of the past, you are breaking the habit............. that is all part of the past.  No more snacking or eating anything between meals. No more fat foods, you ARE going to reduce the amount of chocolate you occasionally eat and very much reduced the nuts and buiscuits that you once ate. Perhaps feeling the need and want to stop nuts and biscuits completely at some point when you feel that  you really don’t need the extra fat in your life. Perhaps when you may have an urge, make a cup of tea or coffee instead. Maybe a nice bitter lemon or slimline tonic water.

 

From now on you eat to sustain yourself............ you EAT TO LIVE................ NOT........LIVE TO EAT........ you get enjoyment from  things other than just food......... you enjoy exercise......... enjoy doing healthy.....fun things............eating THIN FOODS is just something you now do just to sustain yourself..... so that you can continue to do the things you enjoy........ the healthy things.......... healthy things that keep you slim and fit. Really consider your intake of wine, replace the calories that wine has, with Ice cold water, or a bitter lemon, or a slimline tonic water. Consider going for a walk or spend a little more time on the Cross trainer instead of snacking or reaching for a FAT food.

 

From now on....... each meal you eat.......... you will leave a little bit of food on your plate.......... you will then throw away that small bit of food.

It is no longer important to eat every scrap on your plate.......... and as you find yourself doing this........... more and more.......... you will find that........ the portion you leave will become more....... and more........... and this will aid you in not eating such large meals............ regardless of the size of the plate. it will give you confidence that you can walk away........... leaving food upon your plate.............confidence that will grow more....... and more....... as you reach your goal.

From now on you will eat your food slower............ chewing your food thoroughly............ you will put your fork down in between mouthfuls........... and do not pick it up again until your mouth is empty........... you chew slowly so when the food reaches your stomach it can be easily............ and properly be digested.

 

Now.... (clients name)........... with your permission we are now switching on your desire to exercise button............. I do not mean climbing mountains..... running marathons....... swimming the channel etc.......... I mean putting 10% more energy into everything you do........... putting more of a spring in your step......................... you may find that going for a walk every day seems like a good idea.......... perhaps just a little further than you currently do......... and as you get fitter and thinner......... you will be able to walk further and further.......... faster and faster............. and above all.......... you will enjoy it................ you will enjoy your new energy............. listen to your subconscious mind................ it will find ways for you to exercise. Feel invigorated about this healthy and life changing routine. Exercise IS important to aid your weight loss.

 

Drinking ice cold water is also very helpful ................ it can help you to lose weight................ because every time you drink that refreshing.......... ice cold........... clean.... beautiful water............. your body has to work very hard to bring the water to blood heat............... and in doing this it switches on your metabolism........... in turn this will burn calories and help you even further towards your goal weight....... it is like a secret weapon......... ice water is your friend.

When you wake up you will feel very proud of yourself........... and very excited about losing the weight............... you will really enjoy the smaller portions of THIN food.......... really enjoy the healthier foods.............. you will no longer want........desire...........or eat those fatty......sugary foods that you know are bad for you.......... you will no longer snack in-between meals........ you will no longer have the desire to eat rich....heavy......sweet..........fattening foods...........Only healthy........fresh.........life giving THIN foods taste wonderful and fill you sufficiently......... you need no more ........... chocolate……….bisuits.........nuts.........no more munchy crunchy foods...... just healthy THIN food.

 

 You are now in control of yourself.......... right now....... from this moment forward.......... you will control your eating habits.......... eat healthy............ and attain your goal weight.

You will now look forward to shopping for food............. you will really enjoy picking things up from the supermarket shelf and saying to yourself........... is this a THIN food or a FAT food............ and if it is a FAT food........ you will feel the enormous sense of pride and achievement as you put it back on the shelf........... as you know now that this food is your enemy............ you do not want to eat this food........... you will NOT buy it.

Now ..... (clients name).......... in a few moments I will wake you up....... and when I do......... you will feel an overwhelming desire to carry out all of the suggestions that have been made to you............. you will be absolutely determined to lose weight.............. you will feel happy and confident about it.......... looking forward to doing it.............  each and every night as you sleep......... your subconscious mind will re-examine and reinforce all of the powerful............. life enhancing suggestions............ making them stronger and stronger............ making them available to you every minute............. every hour.......... of every day........... there at all times............. and you will know that every day............. in every way......... you and your subconscious mind are controlling your diet.............. today better than yesterday.............. tomorrow better than today.............. every day...... in every way........ you are getting stronger and stronger........ better and better........ thinner and thinner.

And now... I am going to count from five up to one..... and when I reach one you will be wide awake........ body and muscles restored completely back to normal........... free form any discomfort..... feeling better than you have felt for a very long time.

FIVE......... slowly beginning to wake now.

FOUR..... feeling determined to lose weight.

THREE.... looking forward to drinking water.

TWO...... nearly there.
